Terre Grecaniche

La Cooperativa Agricola Terre Grecaniche, costituita nel 2012, è un laboratorio sociale che opera per ricostruire una comunità capace di futuro centrata sulle persone e le relazioni. Un laboratorio che affonda le proprie radici nella cultura e nella storia millenaria della Calabria Greca. La Cooperativa produce uve biologiche in vigneti affacciati sul promontorio di Capo Spartivento, sul Mare Jonio, tra terra e mare, in uno dei più suggestivi e incontaminati territori dell’Aspromonte, la Calabria Greca. I nostri vigneti, i più a sud della Penisola Italiana, respirano la calura della terra e la brezza del mare nell’area di produzione dell’IGT Palizzi, uno dei più rinomati vini rossi della viticoltura calabrese. I vigneti della Cooperativa Terre Grecaniche si estendono per circa 8 ha e sono posti a 200 metri sul livello del mare su terreni argillosi.
The Terre Grecaniche Agricultural Cooperative, established in 2012, is a social laboratory that works to rebuild a community capable of a future centered on people and relationships. A laboratory that has its roots in the culture and millenary history of Greek Calabria. The Cooperative produces organic grapes in vineyards overlooking the Capo Spartivento promontory , on the Ionian Sea, between land and sea, in one of the most evocative and uncontaminated territories of Aspromonte, the Greek Calabria. Our vineyards, the southernmost of the Italian Peninsula, breathe the heat of the earth and the sea breeze in the production area of IGT Palizzi, one of the most renowned red wines of Calabrian viticulture. The vineyards of the Terre Grecaniche Cooperative extend for about 8 hectares and are located 200 meters above sea level on clayey soils.
