Serragiumenta

L’agricoltura è centrale, a Serragiumenta. L’azienda oggi produce olio extra vergine di oliva biologico, vino rosso e bianco con prevalenza di tipici vitigni calabresi; alleva ovini e il pregiato suino nero, per formaggi e salumi di primissima qualità; e ancora, alberi da frutto e conserve. La storia del vino, a Serragiumenta, inizia nel 2004, quando si iniziano a coltivare vigneti autoctoni. Dopo anni di studi l’azienda riesce ad avere una linea di vini propri, ottenuti con vitigni che riflettono la varietà del territorio, e lo raccontano.

Agriculture is the focus of Serragiumenta. Today the company produces organic extra virgin olive oil, red and white wine with a prevalence of typical Calabrian vines; raises sheep and the prized black pig, for top quality cheeses and cured meats; and again, fruit trees and preserves. The history of wine, in Serragiumenta , begins in 2004, when native vineyards began to be cultivated. After years of studies, the company manages to have a line of its own wines, obtained with vines that reflect the variety of the territory, and tell about it.
