Azienda Ceratti, sensibile alla ricerca e alla sperimentazione, è oggi impegnata in un progetto che ha previsto la creazione di un campo- coltivazio- ne di antichi vitigni autoctoni, con lo scopo di salvaguardare tali vitigni, di ideare nuovi metodi di coltivazione della vite e di sperimentare nuove tecniche di vinificazione.

Azienda Ceratti, sensitive to research and experimentation, is today engaged in a project that has involved the creation of a field-cultivation of ancient native vines, with the aim of safeguarding these vines, of devising new methods of cultivation of the vine and of experimenting new wine- making techniques.
